This is our first apartment in Spain, which we decided to buy after holidaying in Minerva and falling in love with the wonderful pools, views and surrounding attractions and eateries.

Stylish, modern and wonderfully positioned
The lounge/diner is open plan and is a wonderfully bright and spacious room. You can choose to eat inside at the breakfast bar, the dining table or even on the terrace. There's a supermarket moments from the block if you decide you want to cook yourself (you'll find everything you need to do so in the apartment) and if you prefer to venture out for food you'll be spoilt for choice (we provide a list of recommendations in your Welcome Pack).
Minerva is a hugely popular place to stay because of its fantastic location (5 mins walk to beach and <10 minutes to town centre) and its incredible swimming pools and well maintained grounds.
A lift services the apartment for easy access to anybody with limited mobility.
Getting to the apartment from the airport is easy, it's just a 15 minute taxi drive (Uber is also available) or by train it takes <20 minutes and departs every 20 minutes. There's a train station directly in Malaga Airport, opposite arrivals, and one in Benalmadena-Arroyo de la Miel (less than 10 minutes walk to the apartment).

Large Wrap-around Balcony
We're very lucky to have one of the best-positioned apartments in the complex. It's a corner 1-bedroom apartment, which makes it larger than the Studio's and other 1-bed apartments and also benefits from a large wrap-around, south-facing terrace with all-day sunshine so you can enjoy al-fresco dining whilst soaking up some rays!
We also benefit from being on the 4th floor, which offers the best of both worlds – high enough for a beautiful view of the sea, park and mountains and low enough to keep the pool in view and to not put anyone off who's afraid of heights!
Everything on your doorstep
Minerva is in an elevated position (necessary for those views!), so those with limited mobility can avail of a regular bus service and very cheap private transport using Uber (about €3-€4) to the beach).

Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Benalmadena. The apartment was spotlessly clean and is centrally located with everything in a short walking distance. Everything you need for a home from home is catered for. everything tasteful and many helpful touches to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Superb location, close to everything. bars, restaurants, supermarkets just across the street. beautiful park with various animals a 3 minute walk away. beach a 5 minute walk away. great pools on the complex, loads of space to swim and separate pools for toddlers and youngsters … what’s not to love?

Benalmádena Costa has almost 10km of beach to chose from, from quiet coves to family focused beaches with plenty of activities.
Large and beautiful marina, filled with many upmarket shops and eateries, rooftop mini-golf, Sea World and many bars to relax and unwind.
Neighbouring Minerva is a very large and picturesque park with lots of free-roaming wildlife, green spaces and a lake. Take a book!
There are street markets all along the Costa, every day except Sunday. Pick up some bargains and some local specialties. Car boot/flea markets are most days, too.
Whilst Minerva is nestled in a quiet area, you’re only a short walk from an all night party on the beach or ‘24 Hour Square’.
Tivoli World (temporarily closed), Mini Golf, Sea World, Selwo Marina are all a short walk from the apartment. Two water parks, Fuengirola Bioparc and many more are a short bus ride away.
